Booking Confirmation

Bookings can be made through phone call, WhatsApp, or website enquiry. Confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.

Advance Payment

• Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking
• Balance amount must be paid before or at trip completion

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur cancellation charges

Waiting Charges

Waiting charges apply if the customer exceeds the agreed pickup time.

Trip Extension

Any extension of trip distance or duration must be informed in advance and will be charged additionally.

No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to appear at the pickup location on time, the booking may be treated as a no-show and advance payment will not be refunded.
